My Order

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@welcomewithin.co within 24 hours of placing the order.

In the event that your package says that it has been delivered but you have not recieved it or it has become lost in transit, Welcome Within will not be liable for non-receipt of goods and will not offer a replacement of goods. 

Welcome Within can help you to file a report with the respective carrier to assist in locating your missing parcel or to obtain a claim. 

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered as a cancelled order.

Discounts are only valid for one order and cannot be combined unless stated in the offer. 

Returns

We hope that you're in love with your purchase from us, but in the event that you would like to return an item we can help. We offer free returns Worldwide!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@welcomewithin.co to return within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

The process of making a return can be started within 30 days of delivery of your order and we will offer a full refund to your original payment method once we have recieved the returned item at our warehouse.

Welcome Within reserves the right to refuse returns or item exchanges that are not in perfect condition due to damage caused by the client. 

Items that have been made to order, or are under the Furniture catergory are not able to be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of their production.

If you would like to commence a return please email us at contact@welcomewithin.co and we will provide you with next steps to recieve your refund. Thank you!

If your order has arrived damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work to provide you with an replacement or refund!

In order for us to process your request, we require a few things from you so that we can resolve this issue:

Please provide us with:

1. A photo(s) of your damaged/broken item.

2. A photo of your delivery box with your shipping label with tracking on it.

4. A photo of all sides of your delivery box.

All refunds will be made to your original payment method at the time of purchase and can be expected to be completed within 5-7 days after your return has been processed at our warehouse.

Shipping

We use a variety of shipping methods to get your orders to you in as fast and secure as we can. We work with multiple shipping companies and utilise different modes of transport, allowing us to send our products to our customers worldwide more efficiently. 

As our products range from being ready to ship instantly or made to order, specific shipping times are listed on the product pages for each item. 

Our furniture is shipped by sea, which means tracking will become available when it arrives at your local port. You will recieve a shipping update when this happens and the order has been processed at the port.

All shipping times are estimates due to high demand with carrier partners at the present time. Welcome Within will not refund for a delayed order or an order already in transit as we cannot control carrier delays.

Delivery dates are estimates and may arrive earlier or later depending on the carrier service and any unforseen circumstances. While we cannot offer you an exact date of delivery, please reach out to us so we can help you to narrow down this time frame of when you will recieve your order.

Welcome Within offers free shipping worldwide! All extra charges such as taxes and fees are taken care of for you. 

Our products are shipped through UBI Smart Parcel Shipping, enabling us to connect with the best carrier providers in each country. This method is a method of sea shipment to your local port - meaning your tracking will become available once it has arrived here. 

Shipping times can fluctuate depending on the type of product you have ordered. Furniture orders will generally take 2-3 weeks on top of standard shipping as we must factor in order processing and the increase in size and weight of the product.

If you recieve an update saying that your order has been delayed in shipping, please note that this can occur when your package enters another country as it is being processed. By no means does it mean your order has been lost during shipping.
